If you're really in a hurry and don't mind risking your reputation, you can try to knock them out first in their sleep, then pick the locks. They could hear you, wake up and run for guards. If someone is sleeping near a locked chest, it's generally not safe to pick it.Every time you sleep at the Rattay mill, you can get up before dawn, go to the nearby bathhouse and open every locked door you find there or even some chests, since they re-lock them regularly.Get clothes with low visibility and noise.
